Message from Gregg Lederman

We hope January finds you happy, healthy, and looking forward to a fantastic new year. While 2010 flew by, what struck us about this eZine is that the big idea we chose to focus on is in fact timeless—the idea that the experience, delivered by your company or that you receive as a customer, is the marketing.

At a time when employee engagement has reached record lows and companies wrestle with the continued commoditization of their products and services, is there anything more important than the experience delivered to employees and customers?

Our goal with this eZine is to help you reflect on the experience your company delivers and the realities of the world around you. We think you’ll also find it a great tool for engaging others in your organization to think about the experience. Our hope is you’ll forward this montage to anyone you think would benefit from seeing it. The more people in the world thinking about the “experience,” the better off we’ll all be—as people and through stronger top and bottom lines.

Best wishes for a wonderful 2011!

The Experience is the Marketing
